AI Studio is the core intelligent workspace of the SERVICEME platform, providing users with comprehensive AI assistant services and functional extension capabilities. By integrating various intelligent tools and applications, it helps users efficiently complete tasks such as knowledge Q&A, content creation, and document analysis, achieving intelligent and automated workflows.

How to Use Personal/Organization-level Agents​

Agents serve as the main user interaction interface, offering intelligent, personalized conversational services and task processing capabilities.

Main Features​

  • Conversational Interaction: Supports natural language input, voice input, and image attachment features, allowing users to ask questions or request task completion as if chatting with a person.
  • Session Management: Historical session management: the system automatically saves all conversation records, supports quick location of historical sessions through keyword search, and allows deletion and renaming operations.
  • Knowledge Scope Limitation: Through Knowledge Workspace or Tag features, the knowledge scope for Q&A can be precisely limited to ensure answer accuracy.
  • Reply Operation Features: Supports liking/disliking AI replies, copying reply content, adding high-quality Q&A to the QnA knowledge base, viewing citation sources, and other operations.
  • Intelligent Guidance and Follow-up Questions: Provides question recommendations and auto-completion features, supporting in-depth follow-up questions based on files or tags.
  • Private Domain Knowledge Base Support: Can configure forced private domain file Q&A to ensure answers are based solely on internal knowledge bases, supporting single-document and multi-document specialized Q&A.

How to Use the APP​

    • Creation Methods: Supports quick creation of mind maps through requirement descriptions or file uploads.
    • Editing Features: Provides flexible editing capabilities, allowing modification of text content and addition of child nodes.
    • Export Support: Supports saving to personal space and exporting as XMind, PNG, or Markdown formats.

  • AI Document Summarization

    • Summary Modes: Offers five summary modes: Default, Detailed, Task-Oriented, Comparative Summary, and AI Custom.
    • Mind Map Types: Generates various mind map types: Default, Organizational, Timeline, Fishbone, and Custom Mind Maps.
